ЮРИДИЧЕСКОЕ ЛИЦО
. организация, имеющая в собственности, полном хозяйственном ведении или оперативном управлении обособленное имущество, отвечающая по своим обязательствам этим имущество, а также выступающая в суде, арбитражном суде и третейском суде от своего имени. Признаками Ю.л. являются: организационное единство, обеспечивающее деятельность организации как самостоятельной единицы, закрепленное в уставе; обособленность имущества и наличие самостоятельной имущественной ответственности; законность образования и способность участия в гражданско-правовых отношениях от своего имени. Ю.л., являющееся коммерческой организацией, должно иметь самостоятельный баланс. Учредителями Ю.л. могут быть собственники имущества либо уполномоченные ими органы или лица. Ю.л. действует на основании устава, учредительного договора, либо только учредительного договора. . Словарь экономических терминов 1 .
